Reservations and Payments:
- To reserve a room, a deposit or 50% payment is required.
- We accept credit cards, Pix and cash for payments.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days before arrival may be subject to charges.
- No refunds are offered for early check-outs.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in starts at 2pm, and check-out is at 11am. Early arrivals and late departures may be available based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
